Editorial standards
This library exists because in Vietnam there is a lot of beauty content and very little reviewed medical knowledge about it. Our bet is simple: a page that names its reviewer and shows its sources is worth more than ten pages that do not.
6 editorial rules, all of them lockedread live from the system, not copied onto this page

The medical board5 doctors, licences checked
| Doctor | Scope | Sign-offs | Conflict of interest |
|---|---|---|---|
| BS. Lê Hoài Nam | Phẫu thuật tạo hình thẩm mỹ | 8 | None declared |
| BS. Nguyễn Hạnh Chi | Da liễu | 2 | None declared |
| BS. Ngô Thị Vân | Gây mê hồi sức | 4 | None declared |
| BS. Phạm Quốc Việt | Phẫu thuật tạo hình thẩm mỹ | 0 | None declared |
| BS. Đặng Quốc Huy | Nội khoa | 1 | Declared Có cố vấn cho một công ty dược trong lĩnh vực nội tiết. Đã khai báo bằng văn bản; bị chặn ký bài thuộc lĩnh vực đã khai báo. |
Licences and scope of practice are checked, conflicts of interest are declared in writing, and both are re-checked every 12 months. A doctor with a declared conflict is blocked from signing off pages in that area — the database refuses the sign-off, it is not left to good intentions. Fees are paid per period, never per page signed.
Who answers for what
| Role | Responsible for | Cannot do |
|---|---|---|
| Medical board | Signing off medical content and setting the evidence grade | The only role that can sign off — and it cannot rewrite the editors’ wording |
| Editor-in-chief | Deciding what gets published | Cannot publish a page with no doctor’s signature, and cannot clear a quality block |
| Editors | Drafting, structure, plain-language rewriting | Cannot publish, and cannot change an evidence grade |
| Translators | Bilingual versions, terminology consistency | Cannot machine-translate medical content; a translation must be re-signed by a doctor |
| Quality control | Source checking, duplication checks, hidden-advertising filter | Can block publication — but CANNOT publish |
| System administration | Infrastructure, accounts, configuration | Cannot sign off medical content, whatever the seniority |
| Audit — read only | Independent review of the record | Can see everything, can change nothing |
| Readers | Reporting errors | — |
What this library deliberately does not do
Where the money comes from
Every free source has someone paying for it. The large aesthetic review platforms in this region live on money from clinics, and a per-patient referral fee model led to a criminal conviction in South Korea in July 2023 — a suspended sentence for the individual running the operating company, not for the company itself.
We also do not measure success by page count or page views. The three numbers we treat as the library’s real health: pages past their review date (currently 2), claims with no source, and how many days a page waits for a doctor.
