Why the map shows empty specialtiesBecause the architecture is already built for all of them — the constraint is reviewers, not software. The database refuses to publish a page in a specialty with no reviewing doctor, so the gap you see is enforced, not merely intended.
What each grade means
A · Strong evidence
Tổng quan hệ thống, hoặc nhiều thử nghiệm đối chứng ngẫu nhiên cho kết quả thống nhất.
B · Moderate evidence

D · Insufficient evidence
